Refunds and Returns

Purchases made via crypto cannot be cancelled or refunded..

For all orders, if the product arrives broken, the customer has the option to request a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged ,not onboard Helium network and in its original package. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or the proof of purchase.

Defective product can be either refunded or replaced. We will notify you once we’ve received and completed the inspection of the product, and let you know if the refund or replacement was approved.

 

Warranty

Our products provide a 1-year warranty for the device, covering any manufacturing defects in the hardware. Physically modified equipment is not covered by the warranty. Accessories come with a 1-year warranty, covering manufacturing defects.

Any unofficial software modifications or updated , will not be supported by the warranty.
